Learn to Sail Program- False Start Session- June 3rd, Session A- June 6th

The boats are ready and waiting! Do you want to jump start improving your sailing skills?! The False Start Session and Session A are both one week sessions.  The False start sessions offers three different courses in the morning:  Adventure Sailing, Beginner Sailing and Intermediate sailing.   Session A offers classes in both the morning and the afternoon including: Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 and Adventure Sailing. EYC Weekly Race Series starts Friday, June 7th

There are five racing one-design classes at EYC, the Optimist dinghy, club 420, Laser, the RS Tera and Flying Scot, and races are held twice a week for each boat type during our racing season.  These races are open to club members only and members can use club boats.  Friday nights we will be racing 420s and Lasers and then on Saturday morning,  the Flying Scot fleet will be racing.  Come on out, put your skills to the test, and have a lot of fun while getting wet!  All of our racing information can be found  HERE

Join us on Saturday, June 8th at 5:30 pm. for the Opening Social

This evening begins with the Blessing of the Fleet  5:30 p.m., which will be followed by a remembrance of members who have passed away at 5:45 p.m.  The Opening social begins at 6:00 p.m.  Beer, wine, Champagne and music provided. Please bring an appetizer(serving 12) to pass.  Sorry, no pets allowed.  Barb Zeigler is coordinating this event and is looking Bar Service and clean-up help. Bridge starts Monday, June 10th

At the EYC we do love our boats however,  we do have things to do when we are on land!  Bridge at the clubhouse will begin on Monday, June 10th at 1:00 p.m. with our open play session.  On Tuesdays at 4:30 we host couples bridge.  For more information please contact Suzanne Lisle.
