The EYC is moving to a new club management system, Clubspot, this season. Clubspot will be a one-stop shop for our community to sign up for membership, renew membership, lessons, dry slip rentals, and review racing results: all from a single login! In the future, we anticipate this same system to also handle our calendar and signups for ticketed events.

Sailors use this check list and be prepared for Summer Sailing at the EYC

1. Sign-up for lessons

2021 Sailing lesson registration is open and running full steam ahead.   We have 1 and 2 week sessions, as well as morning and afternoon sessions. Check out the color coded lesson calendar on the website for all the course offerings and dates- EYC Sailing Lessons Calendar.  There are lessons for all levels of sailors so don’t delay to be the first underway!  Our new registration system makes it easier than ever before to register.  Please use this link to sign up for lessons: Lesson Registration.

2. Become a member

No Fooling, to be included in the EYC directory, you must renew your membership or join by April 1st. Renew or join here at  MEMBERSHIP . Don’t forget when renewing to update your personal information for yourself and any family members (email, address, phone #’s)

Want to join the EYC?  We have 5 levels of membership.

  • Family: $225/yr ( member, spouse and children under 25 years old)
  • Senior and Senior Couples: $200/yr ( member or member spouse age 71 and over)
  • Single: $200/yr ( member age 25-70)
  • Young Adult: $50/yr (age 25-30) no initiation fee and limited membership benefits**
  • Student: $75/yr (age 24 and under) no initiation fee and limited membership benefits**
    **no voting and no reciprocal club privileges

3. Register for a Dry Dock Slip

EYC Members, as you may know, EYC offers dry dock slips to its members for certain types of boats (Flying Scots, Lasers, Optis, kayaks, windsurfing kits and SUPs). Here is the Active.com registration link for 2021!  While we anticipate, based on past several years usage,  that there should be enough space to accommodate Flying Scots and Lasers or Optis on dollies,  space for other boats which are rack dependent is very limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.  So register  how with the  Active.com link.
If you are unable to obtain a kayak, windsurf or laser rack spot please email [email protected] to indicate interest as club may have additional capacity for these open.
Please note that for now, we will not be renting lockers. As the COVID-19 pandemic situation hopefully continues to improve, we may open locker rentals this summer and will handle that in a separate communication.
