The EYC has transitioned to ClubSpot! ClubSpot is our new system that manages BOTH membership dues and our lesson program registrations — all in one place with a single login.

  • If you were an active member in 2025, you should receive an email this week with an invoice for your 2026 dues to the club.
  • If you weren’t a member in 2025, access think link to become a member through ClubSpot.

New Management System

The EYC is moving to a new club management system, Clubspot, this season. Clubspot will be a one-stop shop for our community to sign up for membership, renew membership, lessons, dry slip rentals, and review racing results: all from a single login! In the future, we anticipate this same system to also handle our calendar and signups for ticketed events.

Join Our Staff – We’re Hiring for 2026 Summer Season

Join us for an unforgettable summer in the heart of Door County! The Ephraim Yacht Club is accepting applications for the following positions for the 2026 summer season. If interested, please send your resume, including sailing and powerboat experience, references, date of birth, current year in school, available dates for work, and contact information to: Marta Fonseca at [email protected].

SAILING INSTRUCTOR

Sailing Instructor duties include teaching sailing lessons, running races, working dock and  mentoring of dock assistants and students.  Other duties include general clubhouse maintenance/cleaning, member assistance, and equipment care and maintenance.

Applicants should be small boat sailors with a solid sailing resume, instruction and racing experience favorable. Instructors are required to have US Sailing Level I Instructor certification or higher level US Sailing certification, current CPR/First Aid AED, and SafeSport certifications prior to employment. Sailing Instructors should expect to work approximately 35 to 40 hours per week. Applicants must be have reached their 16th birthday by December 31st, 2026.

DOCK ASSISTANT
Dock Assistant primary duties include keeping EYC facilities clean/equipped, and assisting members. Dock assistants also assist in launching, docking, storing boats, and race management. Ability to sail effectively is preferred and will help future role progression. Dock Assistants are required to have current CPR/First Aid and SafeSport certifications prior to employment.
Dock Assistants should expect to work approximately 20-30 hours per week. Applicants should have reached their 15th birthday by December 31st, 2026. Applicants under the age of 16 are required to have a WI child labor form.
This is a great opportunity to build skills, gain experience with a fantastic community, and enjoy a memorable summer on the water!

Howdy y’all! It’s time to dust off your boots, grab your favorite jeans, and throw on your best hat because the 11th annual EYC-ARM Scholarship Fundraiser is right around the bend! Get ready  for a night of Texas-sized fun at About Thyme Farm, nestled in the beautiful fields of County F in Bailey’s Harbor.  Indulge in mouthwatering, slow-cooked BBQ catered by Alexander’s, while you two-step the night away to the beat of country music brought to you by DJ Kevin McHugh. We guarantee it’ll be a boot-stompin’, hat-tippin’, and finger-lickin’ good time!

Don’t miss out on this Denim & Diamonds sparkling event as we raise funds to give our Door County children the opportunity to steer their lives for the better through partnership and teamwork as they learn to sail. Their families are enormously grateful, and your support helps. EYC fulfill its mission to ensure the continuity of the EYC sailing program while we make a difference to the young folks in our community.
