113th Ephraim Regatta, Bratfest, Commodore’s Party, and more

It’s show time! The 113th Ephraim Regatta weekend is here

We are anticipating 35 boats and couldn’t pull this off without the gobs of generous volunteers who are helping out! Come watch the sailors, but do keep a distance and avoid casting wakes or positioning yourself upwind. Sailors can’t be towed to or from the dock (unless a safety issue or authorized by the Race Committee).

Saturday night is the 43rd Bratfest, 6 pm, hosted by the Kleins

Brats, corn, and fun at the Klein’s, 3282 Gibraltar Road in Fish Creek

The Last Junior Activity is … (drum roll please) … Lawn Games!

Wednesday the 8th 6 pm. You know the drill.

The Annual Member Meeting is Sat. Aug 11

9 am sharp, in the clubhouse.

You’re invited: Commodore’s Party, Sat. Aug 11, 6pm -sunset

You won’t want to miss the EYC’s biggest event of the year.  $20 for adults, $10 for children and youth under 18.  Beer, wine, sodas provided. Please bring an appetizer to share. Peninsula School of Art, 3900 County Road F, Fish Creek.

EYC Survey deadline extended to Aug 5th

If you haven’t done the survey, you’re in luck because the powers that be have granted an extension (apparently they REALLY want to hear from you). The survey is open to one response per membership and the hope is to hit 100 (and we are close!). If no one from your family has done it yet, please click here and log in to your club express account to take the survey and I promise that this will be the VERY LAST MESSAGE ABOUT THIS.

EYC Gear makes great gifts – for sale Friday at lunch

Turns out there is still something you can’t buy on Amazon, and that’s EYC gear.  Come by the club at lunch tomorrow and pick up a tee, sweatshirt, ball cap, and more.

Yay for EYC volunteers!
