What’s Happening at the EYC May 26-June 10

The EYC is gearing up for another great summer!  Here’s what’s happening at the EYC from May 26 through June 10.

All EYC members are requested and encouraged to help OPEN THE EYC from 9:00 AM to lunchtime on Saturday, May 26.  There are lots of jobs for persons of all skills and ability levels, so please stop by.  The EYC will provide lunch to those who helped; BYO drinks and chips.  The more hands the lighter the work, so please reserve this time for the EYC!

There will be a CRUISING RENDEZVOUS/RAFTUP/PICNIC at Horseshoe Island beginning at 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 27.  BYO food and beverages.  EYC members with grills on their vessels will make them available to those without grills; there are also several grilling spots on the island.  Boats of all sizes and types are welcome.  Questions?  Call John Peterson (414) 581-0792 or Deanna Peterson (920)421-1385.

The EYC will begin OPEN HOURS on Monday, May 28.  The EYC’s hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (and later than 5:00 PM when evening events or races are scheduled).  Staff will be present during open hours, except prior to June 11 the EYC may not be staffed from noon to 1:00 PM.

EYC BRIDGE begins play Monday, June 4.  Open play bridge is every Monday at 1:00 PM.  Couples bridge is every Tuesday at 4:00 PM.  For more information about EYC bridge, contact Bridge chair Suzanne Lisle [email protected]

The DEADLINE TO ENROLL IN SESSION A LESSONS is noon Sunday June 10.  To enroll, go to www.eyc.org/lessons.  Session A lessons take place Monday June 11 through Friday June 15.
