Learn To Sail in 2010 – Enrollment OPEN

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” — Mark Twain

We have such a wonderful opportunity at EYC for all ages to learn to sail or to improve your sailing skills. Join Us!

Once again, we are offering both adult and youth sailing lessons for all skill levels. From sailing camp, for those who have finished first grade, through Levels I-IV, to adult group and private lessons, to Advanced Racing Tactics (ART) and Day Cruising for Fun, there is a course for everyone!

Youth lessons are two weeks in length and are either in the morning or the afternoon. Adult group lessons are now one week in length in the afternoon; and our cruising course is offered in two week sessions in the afternoons.

All EYC instructors are US Sailing Certified and enthusiastic to share their love of the sport. Scholarships are available as well — see Quinn Brennan or Donna Scattergood.

What a great way to make memories! Gather up your hat, sunglasses, PFD and a willingness to learn to “dance with the wind.”

Don’t wait! Our experience is that spaces fill quickly. More details and Sign up is available on line at http://www.EYC.org/lessons
