EYC Club Series Racing / Regattas
The EYC hosts a busy schedule of summer sailboat racing for each of its fleets, Flying Scots, 420s, Lasers and Optimists. There are weekday and weekend races scheduled as well as several annual regattas.
The EYC gives numerous trophies and awards each year.
EYC membership is required to skipper a boat in an EYC series race. Membership is not required to serve as crew in a series race, nor is membership required to compete as skipper or crew in any EYC regatta.
Weekly Series Races. The EYC hosts series races beginning Saturday, June 11 through Friday, August 12th. Races run six days a week, in four classes – Flying Scot, Club 420’s, Laser/Laser Radial, Optimists. 2017 Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions for the EYC’s weekly series races, Fyr Bal Regatta, Family Regatta, and Women’s Regatta.

113th Consecutive Ephraim Regatta, Flying Scots, August 4th – 5th. The Ephraim Regatta is consistently one of the largest Flying Scot regattas in the United States, attracting over 25 Flying Scots each year and in 2017 we had 34 boats.
