The EYC teaches teens!

Parents and grandparents, are your teens in Door County looking for something to do which is outdoors, fun and wholesome?  The EYC’s junior group sailing lessons are open to teens through age 17, of all skill levels.

Teens who enroll in the EYC’s Beginner level are split into their own class sections with other students of their age and ability level, and are taught in boats which are appropriate to their size and ability level. Teens typically learn quickly and are often promoted to the Intermediate level (taught in high performance doublehanded 420s) after just a two-week session.

Sailing is low-impact, co-ed, and social. No high level of athleticism is required. Your teens will thank you for an opportunity to make new friends while learning a skill which will pay off throughout their lives.
